FREE CONSULTATIONS FOR SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY CLAIMANTS:

If you are an unrepresented “claimant” who has received a “denial” from the Social Security Administration, a free consultation with Attorney Robert C. Gray is available to you by telephone.

Our telephone consultation will focus on matters such as applicable time requirements to appeal; the merits of your case; evidence needed to improve your chances of winning; a review of the applicable “laws”; and a “plan” for appealing your denied claim.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MEETING ALL APPEAL DEADLINES.

APPEALS COUNCIL BRIEF WRITING FOR ATTORNEYS:

Mr. Gray will provide Attorney Representatives a free analysis of any Unfavorable Decision rendered by an ALJ. If reasonable grounds for appeal exist, Mr. Gray will prepare a thorough and comprehensive Brief for the Attorney Representative to file with the Appeals Council.

As with all appellate work, time is of the essence and the Attorney Representative shall be responsible for providing Mr. Gray ample notice to prepare the Brief and for filing the finalized Brief timely.

Remuneration for all Brief writing to the Appeals Council shall be agreed upon at the time of the initial analysis between the attorneys and reduced to writing.
